Delivery areas
Products are shipped within mainland France.
For any delivery outside this area, please contact the Seller before placing an order.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are indicated at checkout.
A flat rate of €4.50 (incl. VAT) applies for mainland France (unless otherwise stated).
Preparation and dispatch times
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and are indicated when placing the order.
In any case, delivery will take place no later than 30 days from the order date.
Order tracking
A confirmation email is sent after the order is validated.
Depending on the shipping method, a tracking number may be provided.
Delivery issues
In the event of a damaged parcel or missing item, the Buyer is invited to contact the Seller as soon as possible at the following address:

The Seller remains responsible for the proper delivery of the products until they are received by the Buyer.
2. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the Buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must send a request:

- stating their name, order number, and intention to withdraw
3. Returns
Return conditions
Products must be returned:
- in their original condition
- complete
- properly protected

Return costs
Return costs are borne by the Buyer, except in the case of an error or defect
attributable to the Seller.
4. Refund
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise
agreed.
5. Defective or non-compliant products
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the Buyer must contact the Seller at: enigmesenseine@gmail.com
In accordance with legal guarantees:
- the Buyer may request a repair
- a replacement
- or a refund
In this case, return costs are covered by the Seller.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalized products
- unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
